Job Description:

Position Overview:

Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Data Integration Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide third-party divisional data integration initiative. The person will perform source system analysis, metadata documentation, and data mapping working with various divisions. Ideal candidate will be both technically fluent and programmatically strong – capable of defining data strategy and working with cross-functional teams through discovery to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Document current-state data flows and system inventories.
• Support data profiling and data quality assessments.
• Conduct gap analysis to determine root cause of the missing and incorrect information working with business and divisional source system owners.
• Work with data stewards and source system owners to document business process
• Work closely with Enterprise Third Party Business, MDM, and I&CM BTO support teams to support technology delivery activities in support of Enterprise Third Party Risk Reporting.
• Support data model development, and design of data integration architecture and end to end solutioning
• Analyze and define data standardization, and enrichment strategies.
• Support working sessions, strategy discussions and document data integration requirements
• Support target state definition and build roadmaps to deliver value.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years’ experience in data analysis, data governance and systems analysis
• Experience with MDM, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Expertise in querying, analyzing, reconciling, and testing complex relational and non-relational data.
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and data modeling
• Experience with SQL, relational database (e.g. Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server) and cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Snowflake)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing, while excelling in cross-functional team environments
• Ability to create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
