Job summary

Bluespring Wealth Partners is seeking a Data & Operations Integration Lead to own end-to-end data readiness, cleanup, and migration as firms move from legacy systems into our enterprise platforms. You will partner with IT, platform teams, and acquired RIAs to ensure clean, scalable data and smooth transitions for advisors and clients.

The role requires experience in wealth management data, familiarity with advisor technology stacks, and a track record of successful data migrations and platform

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in wealth management, fintech, or similar operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Certifications such as CDMP, ASQ Data Quality, or CIMP preferred.
• Direct experience with advisor platforms (Salesforce, Redtail, Orion, Black Diamond, Addepar, Tamarac).
• Proven track record in data migrations, platform integrations, or system conversions.
• Familiarity with SEC and data security best practices; enterprise implementations welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own data readiness, cleanup, and migration for acquired RIAs into the firm’s tech stack.
• Lead end-to-end data discovery, mapping, and migration activities across systems.
• Coordinate migrations across CRM, portals, reporting, and trading platforms.
• Validate data integrity before and after migrations and document dependencies.
• Partner with platform, tech, and operations teams to ensure scalable processes.
• Define data standards, workflows, and integration requirements for new systems.
• Support adoption of standardized tools and ensure regulatory alignment.
