Job summary

Hermès is expanding its US cloud data platform to ensure data is reliable, well-documented, and actionable for business teams. You will bridge US operations with the Analytics and AI group, turning data into insights and robust reporting.

The role requires advanced SQL, Power BI, and a strong foundation in data profiling and data quality analysis, with SQL-based data governance and collaboration across data engineering and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data, statistics, econometrics, applied mathematics, or related field.
• Initial experience in data analysis or business intelligence in a structured environment.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Power BI; knowledge of data profiling and data quality analysis.
• Snowflake or cloud data warehouse experience is a plus; Python or R skills are appreciated.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and professional English proficiency; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Profile existing US data, document anomalies and risks, and identify implicit business rules.
• Compare source data with Snowflake data models, document gaps, and propose reconciliation or transformation rules.
• Monitor data quality throughout migration and develop Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
• Promote data analysis and BI standards, document findings, and collaborate with data engineering and business teams.
