The role requires 5+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field, leading analytics work end-to-end.
• Experience building and supporting reporting solutions that combine data from multiple sources for decision-making.
• Strong hands-on Power BI experience: data models, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization.
• Solid SQL skills: writing queries, joining data, and validating results for accuracy.
• Clear communication: translate technical info for non-technical stakeholders and document rules.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs, clarify requirements, and document key details.
• Design, build, test, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Turn business questions into practical analytics solutions to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Query, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL and data models.
• Maintain and improve existing Power BI assets to stay accurate and useful amid changing needs.
• Troubleshoot report, refresh, data quality, and system issues with cross-functional teams when needed.
