Job summary

Pensacola State College seeks a Senior Coordinator, Research and Reporting, to support the Office of Institutional Research with data reporting, analytics, and data management. You will develop reports and analyses that inform stakeholders and aid state/federal submissions.

Responsibilities include responding to data requests, testing and maintaining reports, coordinating submissions, and collaborating across the College to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Two years of experience in quantitative or qualitative research, data collection, statistical analysis, reporting, and/or analysis of large longitudinal datasets.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and statistical software packages such as SAS.
• Experience with organizational, state, and federal data reporting and validation processes; proficiency with dashboard software is a plus.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Background checks as required by Florida statutes and college policy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Office of Institutional Research's data reporting, analytics, and data management needs.
• Develop reports and analyses that inform institutional stakeholders and support data submissions to state and federal agencies.
• Respond to data requests, develop, test, and maintain reports and databases.
• Coordinate state and federal reporting submissions and collaborate with departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide analytical and technical support for institutional research projects, surveys, accreditation, grants, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify research opportunities and resolve data issues in partnership with College staff.
