Position Overview
BSM Partners is seeking a Data Insights and Infrastructure Lead to build and manage the infrastructure that enables data to flow efficiently across the organization and ultimately become actionable business intelligence.
This role will be responsible for building the pipelines, integrations, connections, tools, and systems that collect and organize data from multiple sources and make it reliable, accessible, and ready for analysis.
A major focus will be BSM Partners' expanding NIQ reporting initiative, including web-enabled dashboards and automated reporting capabilities. The Data Insights and Infrastructure Lead will play a critical role in building, operating, and maintaining the systems that support this effort — ensuring that data is reliable, accessible, well-governed, and ready to be transformed into insights.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, building systems from the ground up, and partnering with analysts and business leaders to turn data into useful information.
