Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking an Analytics Analyst to empower business partners with data-driven decisions. You will contribute to reporting and analytics through Power BI and Tableau, partnering with Operations and IT to enhance dashboards and automation.

The role requires hands-on BI experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• At least 2 years creating dashboards/visualizations in Power BI and Tableau
• Strong customer service focus and cross-functional collaboration
• Self-initiative and commitment to excellence; ability to work independently
• Experience with SQL and DAX is a plus; relational database concepts
• Proven ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities and priorities
• Develop and manage BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel; understand data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC)
• Drive interpretation and adoption of analytic insights
• Build strong relationships and tailor communications to different audiences
• Set priorities, timelines, and resource needs; define next steps
• Collaborate with IT to improve reporting/dashboard functionality and automation
• Identify development needs to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability
• Troubleshoot issues reported by business partners; ensure data quality and accuracy
• Provide month-end reporting, process improvement, and ad hoc support
