Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional data analysis, reporting, or BI experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres).
• Ability to translate stakeholder questions into clear reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into reporting requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, including data models, DAX calculations, and row-level security.
• Own a portfolio of recurring reports including development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Write and optimize SQL queries against the data warehouse to support reporting and analysis.
• Develop understanding of the data warehouse structure to navigate and validate data.
• Collaborate with data team to ensure data feeding into reports is accurate and complete.
• Tell effective stories about business performance through data visualization.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests with timely delivery.
• Support stakeholders across the business.
