Qualifications

• Collaboration and Leadership Potential: Works well with stakeholders and shows initiative.
• Technical Competency: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate SQL, Python or R; Power BI preferred.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IPA leadership to structure problems, identify data sources, perform analysis and communicate findings.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to drive adoption and decision-making.
• Own and deliver key projects, including rollout plans, success criteria, and metrics.
• Collaborate with analytics, data science, and data engineering teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IPA deliverables and processes.
