We're looking for a curious and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and help us understand how our services work, where they can work better, and how technology and data can support the tens of thousands of people who come to us for help each year.

About The Role

To lead the development and continuous improvement of the organisation’s data, insight and reporting systems, ensuring that information is used effectively to improve services, demonstrate impact and support strategic decision-making.

As our Data, Insight and Development Lead, you will work alongside operational colleagues, management and development teams, the postholder will combine data analysis with business analysis and service improvement. These will help staff, managers, trustees, funders, commissioners, Citizens Advice and external partners understand service performance, client outcomes, emerging needs, risks, gaps and opportunities.

The postholder will act as a bridge between operational teams and developers, ensuring that technology and data solutions address genuine user and organisational needs.
