Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of data, insight and reporting systems.
• Turn information from case management, telephony and digital systems into clear reports and dashboards.
• Bridge between operational teams and developers to ensure data solutions address user needs.
• Support improvement projects from discovery through to delivery, including requirements gathering and testing.
• Identify needs, map processes and define practical requirements before new systems are developed.
