Job summary

AssistRx is a specialty pharmacy hub services company that manages therapy initiation and patient access programs. The Data Scientist, ITA will be a core analytical contributor within a small, high‑performance team, owning the design and execution of analytical models and client-facing outputs.

The role requires SQL and Python and familiarity with statistics; experience in pharma or PBM is preferred to understand how hub data ties to access and reimbursement landscapes.

Qualifications

• 5 years of healthcare analytics experience in pharma, PBM, or insurer.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Python or R experience; Python preferred (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn).
• Statistical methods knowledge: cohort analysis, survival analysis, funnel decomposition, regression modeling, distribution-based metrics, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses for ITA client engagements across six KPI families.
• Develop analytical models ensuring reproducible methodology and statistical rigor.
• Create cohort analyses, survival curves, regression models and distribution-based metrics.
• Produce client-ready analytical exhibits and narratives for manufacturers.
