Job summary

Aureon is seeking a Data Analyst II to transform complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. You will work across the analytics lifecycle, building scalable solutions using SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, and AI-assisted analytics while ensuring governance and data quality.

You will collaborate with business users to define requirements, develop data pipelines, and publish dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field and 2+ years in data analysis or BI.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, Excel, and visualization skills.
• Experience with data modeling, data preparation, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, integrate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple systems using SQL, Python, Power Query, or other approved tools.
• Create and publish dashboards, reports, scorecards, semantic models, and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and other tools.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics to accelerate exploration, documentation, insight generation, and report development.
