Job summary

Successfactors is seeking a Data Analyst II (Data Analytics) to transform data into actionable insights. You will analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards and collaborate across teams to enable data-driven strategies.

The role requires strong analytics experience and proficiency in SQL, STATA, SAS, Python or R, with a focus on delivering value through data-driven decisions. You will plan and execute data driven solutions, supporting reporting, modelling and business intelligence initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematical sciences, computer science, data science or economics with 5–7 years in data analytics/related field.
Experience with data extraction, analysis and reporting in a business environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one of STATA, SAS, Python or R.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets and develop dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
Extract, transform and load data from primary/secondary sources.
Communicate results with clear visualisations to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data analytics solutions.
