Job summary

BD is seeking an Analytics Analyst to design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and semantic layer assets that deliver governed, accurate insights to commercial users. You will translate business requirements into self-service BI solutions and ensure the analytics UI is intuitive and reliable.

You will work with Power BI or Tableau, develop semantic layer objects, monitor data quality, and provide stakeholder support with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1 year experience in analytics or BI.
• Proficiency in one enterprise BI platform (Power BI/Tableau/Looker/Qlik).
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of semantic layer concepts.
• Experience translating requirements into reporting solutions.
• Understanding of commercial data domains and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and standardized reports across BI platforms.
• Translate requirements into accurate visualizations aligned to data models.
• Develop and maintain semantic layer objects and metrics definitions.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for self-service analytics.
• Monitor data quality, perform validation, and assist in UAT.
