Job summary

Klaviyos in Boston is seeking a highly technical Lead Product Manager to set the vision, strategy, and execution for our Data Ingestion Platform. This platform PM role bridges architecture and strategy, driving outcomes across distributed systems and modernizing pipelines.

You will lead the ingestion roadmap, partner with engineering, and shape a scalable, reliable framework. This role requires 5 days/week in our Boston office and offers a direct path to influence company-wide data platform

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Platform PM in data infrastructure.
Track record of driving velocity and reliability at scale.
Deep understanding of data architecture and large-scale systems.
Ability to discuss pipelines, infrastructure, and system evolution.
Bias for action with automation and self-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Set the long-term vision, charter, and ownership boundaries for a newly formed team.
Own the roadmap balancing foundational investments with active initiatives.
Define ingestion strategy for large volumes of data from many sources.
Partner with engineering to design scalable, reliable ingestion systems.
Accelerate with AI and automation to reduce toil and improve observability.
Establish metrics to validate impact and guide priorities.
Drive platform quality, reliability, and observability with SRE and other teams.
Scale architecture to keep data ingestion sustainable and fast.
Collaborate across engineers, managers, and leadership to align direction.
