Job summary

Klaviyos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for the Profiles Platform. You will define how customer profile data is structured, processed, and served across the platform, working at the intersection of data infrastructure, computed data, and scalability.

This is an onsite role requiring 5 days/week in our Boston office. You will collaborate with Identity, Data, and Compliance teams to ensure trustworthy data and global expansion while driving data quality and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in platform, data infrastructure or backend systems.
• Experience with data models, pipelines, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Comfortable operating in highly technical environments and partnering with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the core profile data system.
• Serve as the product owner for the source of truth for customer data across the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering to evolve profile data architecture and services at scale.
• Support data residency and regulatory/compliance needs for global use cases.
• Define and track metrics around data quality, performance and system efficiency.
• Develop a computed properties platform to support derived traits and scoring.
