You will partner with Caterpillar Digital and IT, influence large-scale data programs, and develop a high-performing team while promoting accountability and data ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• Progressive experience in enterprise data management, governance, analytics.
• Experience implementing enterprise MDM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Specialists across governance and MDM.
• Define and execute data governance policies and standards.
• Oversee Customer 360 data mastering with Digital partners.
• Improve data quality and metadata management.
• Lead data governance across customer, supplier, product, and financial domains.
• Shape data strategy and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business/IT leaders to leverage governed data.
• Advance information management with standards, lineage, and cloud capabilities.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and advise on priorities.
• Coach a high-performing team with a culture of accountability.
