Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to design, implement, and scale data governance capabilities across enterprise data domains including Customer, Supplier, and Product data. This role bridges policy and technical execution to ensure trusted, discoverable, compliant data for analytics and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with data platforms, tooling, and collaboration with data owners, stewards, architects, and engineers to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, analytics engineering, or related data roles.
• Knowledge of data ownership; stewardship; glossaries; metadata management; data quality dimensions.
• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake/AWS/AZURE/GCP).
• Ability to translate business requirements into governance solutions.
• Experience with governance/catalog tools like Informatica, Collibra, Alation, or Atlan.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle) and analytics/AI/ML use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of enterprise data governance standards, policies, and controls across core domains.
• Develop data quality checks, validation rules, monitoring frameworks, metadata, and lineage docs.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, architects, engineers, and apps teams on business rules.
• Build and configure data governance, quality, and catalog tools across pipelines and ERP systems.
• Support remediation of data quality issues and governance onboarding for teams.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve governance operating model and manage data risks.
