Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with data stewards, IT teams, and business units to establish governance frameworks and best practices.
• Monitor and enforce data governance policies and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing processes.
• Identify data-related issues and provide guidance to data stewards and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training on data governance policies and practices.
• Lead governance committee meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain data governance documentation including data dictionaries and lineage.
• Evaluate and recommend governance tools and technologies.
• Provide regular reports on governance activities and compliance.
