FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks a senior data governance leader to drive enterprise data strategy, quality, and security. You will define policies, promote trusted data assets, and support AI governance while ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring banking industry experience, strong SQL, and Snowflake proficiency, with a track record of stakeholder collaboration and data standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in data governance, protection, security, and master data management.
• Banking sector experience with regulatory data practices is highly preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms and Snowflake.
• Certifications in data governance or information security are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance strategy to drive business value.
• Develop data policies, standards, and adoption across the organization.
• Champion data quality, lineage, glossary, and KPI calculations.
• Oversee data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate on master data management and AI governance initiatives.
• Provide Snowflake and data transformation expertise for governance platforms.
