Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks a Solutions Architect – Data Engineering to design and scale an enterprise data platform supporting analytics, AI, and decision-making. You will own end-to-end data architecture, lead ingestion pipelines across 75+ systems, and drive governance, observability, and cost optimization.

This role blends strategic architecture with hands-on engineering, collaborating with business analysts, product owners, and SMEs to deliver robust data solutions on Snowflake,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise analytics.
• Cloud data platforms experience with Snowflake; Matillion preferred.
• Certifications: SnowPro, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP data analytics or solutions architect.
• Proficient in SQL, Python; familiar with BI tools (Power BI/Sigma/Tableau).
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and solution-architecture leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data platform architecture and end-to-end delivery.
• Design and implement 75+ ingestion pipelines across systems of record.
• Develop and enforce governance, standards, and data contracts.
• Hands-on engineering: build pipelines, data products, and quality controls.
• Partner with analysts, product owners, and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Implement Observability, monitoring, and cost governance for data operations.
