Job summary

enGen is seeking a strategic leader to drive the Enterprise Data Protection program across data security, DLP, data classification, encryption, and related domains. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and partner with security, cloud, privacy, legal, and business units to translate complex risks into executive decisions and execution roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in information security and/or information risk management
• Experience communicating complex security concepts to varied audiences
• Mentoring and leadership experience
• Experience leading enterprise security programs
• Familiarity with cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise data protection program maturity and strategy.
• Plan and direct department operations and budgeting.
