The role requires 10+ years in data governance or related fields, with strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and DAMA-DMBOK standards. This on-site, full-time position supports collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data management, information systems, privacy law or a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data governance or data management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles, management practices, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK) and industry standards.
• Experience with data governance tools and technologies such as data cataloging, metadata management, and data lineage tools.
• Experience building and implementing governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations and best practices.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
