Job summary

JPMorganChase in New Jersey seeks a Control Manager for Data Governance within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO). You will establish, maintain, and improve the control environment for data governance initiatives aligned with risk appetite and governance frameworks.

You will identify risks, document controls, and collaborate with CDO stakeholders to ensure effective remediation in CORE, driving data quality, policy adherence, and reporting across LOBs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of financial services experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the control environment for Data Governance initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and document key risks and controls for the Chief Data Office in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Serve as SME on firmwide Data Governance policies, standards, and processes and ensure controls are captured in CORE.
