Job summary

Google is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the Equipment Supply Chain (ESC) to lead data governance, standards, and cross-functional programs across a global team. You will drive data quality, DS integration, and KPI reporting to enable smarter, faster decisions in Google's data center operations.

The role emphasizes transforming data into strategic assets, establishing governance frameworks, and delivering scalable, reliable data across systems for improved efficiency and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and SQL scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the vision and strategy for data standards, data management, and data integration across ESC.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and a single source of truth (SSOT).
• Oversee the development and management of KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide insights and early risk warnings.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve data quality, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities.
• Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
