Google Cloud seeks a visionary Director of Equipment Supply Chain (ESC) Planning to direct a portfolio of strategic programs, transforming demands into precise supply plans across global infrastructure.

You will lead Demand and Supply Planning, capital and Opex management, and Integrated Business Planning, guiding a high-performing team and ensuring user-centered development to enhance product utility and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in supply chain, technical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Transition to a full Integrated Business Planning model and drive BTS, BTO, and CTO strategies.
• Implement advanced methodologies to increase forecast precision and reduce cycle times.
• Optimize capital and operating expenditure flow with hybrid funding models and site-agnostic procurement.
• Establish safety stock and MEIO across all tiers to protect SLAs and optimize inventory turns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and publish a SSOT for the global supply plan.
