Job summary

Google in the United States seeks a visionary Director of ESC Planning to lead a portfolio of strategic programs transforming demand signals into high-accuracy supply plans.

You will oversee Demand Planning, Supply Planning, CapEx/OpEx management and Integrated Business Planning, driving transformation with a user-centered development approach to maximize product utility and satisfaction. This role reports to senior leadership and partners across functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, technical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic, complex programs in ESC Planning.
• Direct demand planning, supply planning, and capital expenditure management.
• Drive transformation with a user-centered development process.
• Collaborate across Finance, Engineering, and Operations to publish a SSOT for global supply plan.
• Guide a high-performing team toward outcome-driven execution.
