Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager for the Equipment Supply Chain (ESC) to lead data governance, standards, and integration across global operations. You will transform data into strategic insights, drive KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across offices and time zones.

You will manage end-to-end data initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while enabling smarter, faster decisions within the Google data center equipment domain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards to share key data with stakeholders.
  • Experience scripting in SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy for data standards, data management, and data integration across ESC.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and a single source of truth (SSOT).
  • Oversee the development and management of KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide insights and early risk warnings.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to improve data quality, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities.
  • Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
