Job summary

Google is seeking a data-driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Equipment Supply Chain. You will establish data standards, governance, dashboards, and KPIs to turn data into actionable insights that improve on-time delivery and cost optimization across a global network.

This role requires strong program management experience, SQL scripting, and the ability to coordinate partners across offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience creating and maintaining dashboards to share key data with stakeholders.
Experience scripting in SQL.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the vision and strategy for data standards, data management, and data integration across ESC.
Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and a single source of truth (SSOT).
Oversee the development and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures to provide insights and early risk warnings.
Lead cross-functional programs to improve data quality, data infrastructure, and analytical capabilities.
Manage projects through the entire lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
