• Experience in data governance, data analysis, data management, or related technical areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills across teams.
• Experience with project management and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, ADF, SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Familiarity with data lakes, metadata, and data inventories.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Data Governance initiatives focused on data deletion and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data deletion controls and processes.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into data governance solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate governance controls.
• Identify gaps and risks and recommend remediation strategies.
• Perform dataset discovery, profiling, and inventory in Data Lake environments.
• Maintain metadata and governance documentation across platforms.
• Use SQL and Python/PySpark to analyze datasets and validate data quality.
• Track activities, deliverables, and risks; report status to stakeholders.
