Job summary

My3Tech is seeking a Data Governance Analyst in Richmond, VA (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week) for a 9-12 month engagement. The role focuses on enterprise data governance, metadata management, data quality, lineage, and governance across AWS and Snowflake environments.

Responsibilities include supporting program implementation, workshops with data owners and stewards, metadata management, data quality rules, and creating dashboards and reports. Healthcare/government experience is valued.

Qualifications

• > 10+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Business Analysis, or related areas.
• > 10+ years of SQL and Data Analysis experience.
• > 10+ years of Data Lineage/Cataloging experience.
• > 10+ years of Data Policy/Procedure creation.
• > 10+ years of Data Warehouse experience.
• > 10+ years of Requirements Elicitation experience.
• > 7+ years of database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or relational databases).
• Strong communication, analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Job Title: Data Governance Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA 23219 | Hybrid 2 days onsite/week
Duration: 9 12 months + possible extension

The Office of Data Governance is seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to support implementation of the agency s Enterprise Data Governance Program. The role will focus on data governance, metadata management, data quality, lineage, and governance of enterprise data within AWS and Snowflake environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Data Governance program implementation.

AWS, S3, Glue, Glue Data Catalog, Lake Formation, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, and SharePoint. Healthcare, Medicaid, behavioral health, or Virginia state government experience is highly desirable.
