TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer to accelerate data-driven initiatives in the United States through AI-powered internal tools. You will design and build internal products, including automated SQL generation, conversational RAG systems, and on-call diagnosis bots, to empower teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with backend or platform focus.
• Proficiency in at least one core language (Python, Go, Java, or C++).

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop AI-Driven Tools: Architect and implement internal products, including automated SQL generation, conversational RAG systems, and intelligent on-call diagnosis bots.
• Operational Efficiency: Analyze workflows to identify friction points and build self-service tooling for non-technical stakeholders.
• Release Governance: Integrate internal tools into the deployment pipeline to minimize risks during global releases.
• Enterprise Support: Provide high-precision data and tooling support for Legal, Finance, HR, and Government Relations.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with global teams to scale AI pilots such as automated AB experiment reporting.
