PharmaEssentia Corporation is seeking an experienced Manager, Data Foundations & Integration in Burlington, MA, to lead data ingestion, integration, governance, and day-to-day operation of the enterprise data foundation supporting analytics and AI capabilities.

You will oversee onboarding from internal systems and external providers into the data warehouse, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliability, security, and quality of data assets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data ingestion initiatives across complex data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and quality controls.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data requirements and technical specs.
• Experience managing external vendors and ensuring delivery against SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end data-ingestion lifecycle from source to data warehouse.
• Direct vendors responsible for ETL pipeline design, build, and operation.
• Define data contracts, quality controls, and acceptance criteria for ingestion.
• Establish ownership and handoffs among data owners, providers, and downstream teams.
• Lead MDM processes, including identity resolution, survivorship rules, and reference data workflows.
• Improve ingestion, DCR, and MDM processes with preventive controls and automation.
