Qualifications

• 8 years progressive data analytics experience.
• 3 years management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field with additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with data platforms, data lakes, API strategies and governance.
• Proficiency in SAS, Excel, SQL; familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for enterprise data, integration, API, and BI platforms.
• Lead design, integration, and evolution of scalable data platforms and infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise data lake ecosystems and secure data access for analytics.
• Direct BI optimization to deliver insights informing executive decisions.
• Govern API strategies and standardized data exchange for regulated environments.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing data and analytics team.
