Job summary

Harnham is hiring Data Product Managers to help build and scale enterprise data products within a global financial services setting. This role focuses on data movement, governance, pipelines, and analytics ecosystems rather than traditional feature development.

You'll partner with Data Engineering, BI, AI/ML, and architecture teams to deliver data products used across the employee lifecycle, owning discovery, backlog, and delivery while translating business problems into epics and user stories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years (Associate) or 3-5 years (Senior Associate) experience in data product-related roles.
• Experience with data platforms, pipelines, governance, and analytics ecosystems.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• SQL experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, backlog, and delivery execution.
• Translate business problems into epics, features, and user stories.
• Partner with engineering on data onboarding and product delivery.
• Drive governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality initiatives.
• Support modern cloud-based data platforms and analytics environments.
• Connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
