Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Data Accumulations Coordinator to join our hybrid team supporting integrated accumulation data exchanges across partners and internal teams. You will help ensure data accuracy, resolve transfer issues, and participate in system audits and client migrations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in PBM or healthcare data environments, with strong SQL/Excel/JSON skills and excellent communication. Hybrid work model with offices in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare data exchange, or aggregated data.
• Ability to map data fields across systems to ensure data transfer accuracy.
• Ability to analyze complex problems to determine root causes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with data exchange partners and internal teams to develop integrated member accumulations data exchange feeds and ensure accuracy of data at Capital Rx.
• Coordinate accumulation issue identification and resolution with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and triage accumulation issues and support resolution of errors related to transferring, loading, and managing accumulation data.
• Proactively monitor system status and accumulation data to identify abnormalities affecting quality and accuracy.
• Ensure issues are resolved using defined standards and service levels.
• Assist with validation of accumulation data integrity through audits and reconciliations.
• Participate in projects with accumulation impacts including vendor changes and client migrations.
• Adhere to Judi Health Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.
