Job summary

Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) seeks an experienced Business Analyst, Data Exchange, to join the CDM team in a customer-facing capacity. You will lead independent data exchange implementations, leverage existing integration capabilities, and design custom solutions as needed.

• Experience with data quality assessment and data testing
• Ability to work independently and prioritize deliverables

Responsibilities

• Lead data exchange implementations and mentor others through complex situations
• Define data requirements with customers and propose alternatives for data concerns
• Provide feedback to data corrections to meet predefined tolerances
• Coordinate data loads into administration systems and promote production readiness
• Collaborate to solve complex problems across teams and partners
• Support data integrations via established methodologies (SSO / API)
• Work with customers, partners, and TPAs to implement effective solutions
• Perform iterative data auditing/testing for completeness and accuracy
