Fidelity is seeking a Data Exchange Consultant to coordinate payroll data feeds, collect requirements, and assist in solution creation, testing, and enablement. You will support end-to-end project goals within the Data Management / Data Exchange Implementation team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with external clients and internal partners, with a flexible, results-oriented approach and a focus on clear written communication. Onsite work is part of Fidelity's model.

Qualifications

• Operational experience is a plus.
• Experience interacting with external clients and internal partners.
• Proven interpersonal and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Fidelity systems such as FPRS, PSW, MOX and XTRAC is preferred.
• Builds credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Written communication should be clear and audience-appropriate.
• Self-starter, collaborative or independent as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new incoming and outgoing data payroll feeds to/from assigned clients and vendors.
• Elicit and collect business requirements for assigned projects.
• Assist in solution creation, testing and enablement.
• Support end-to-end project goals within the assigned workgroup.
