Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in evaluation, performance measurement, or data management.
• Experience with federally funded programs and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the project evaluation plan and performance measurement framework.
• Coordinate data collection for CNRA and prepare quarterly, annual, and final evaluation reports.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal data reporting requirements.
• Support CQI through data-informed recommendations.
• Maintain secure project databases and evaluation documentation.
