Job summary

Amity Foundation in the United States seeks a Data Clerk to join our ISUDTP program in-prison facilities. You will enter data into the ARMS system and handle reporting duties to support CDCR requirements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MS Word, Excel, and Access, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage large data sets while maintaining data security and confidentiality. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive health benefits and a 401K plan,

Qualifications

• Experience handling data entry for program services.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Familiarity with data security and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to generate and compile reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Experience in supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry for ISUDTP services.
• Accurate and timely entry of service data.
• Ensure data security per ARMS Data Sharing Agreement and PHI rules.
• Adhere to CDCR data policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily participation registers and monthly reports.
