Responsibilities include adhering to GEO policies, maintaining accurate facility data, recording inmate assignments, and preparing central files for release, plus generating reports. Strong organization and teamwork with staff and inmates are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with office procedures and clerical duties preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally in individual and group settings.
• Ability to work with a team of inmates and implement team strategies.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and common software used in the department.

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry and maintains facility data in the system.
• Adheres to GEO policies, procedures, and facility regulations.
• Records inmate assignments, housing moves and work assignments.
• Enters information into the state system accurately and timely.
• Develops reports related to the facility data system and other required reports.
• Audits the state database for consistency and accuracy.
• Prepares inmate central files for release.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
