Job summary

GEO provides complementary, turnkey solutions for government partners worldwide in correctional and community reentry services. This role supports the facility by maintaining accurate records and assisting in detainee processing with strict confidentiality.

The position requires knowledge of policy standards, strong organization, and effective communication to ensure compliance and quality. A background in a correctional setting is preferred, with opportunities for growth within GEO Secure

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions; maintain records.
Experience in office procedures and clerical duties is preferred.
Must be a United States citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate detainee and facility records, updating as required.
Performs data entry and maintenance of computer files.
Audits detainee files and prepares records for release in accordance with policy.
Assists in detainee release processes and in maintaining facility security.
