Feedinkoo seeks a detail-obsessed accounting professional to own end-to-end financial operations for a fast-moving portfolio. You’ll enter transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting with precision and speed.

In this remote role, you’ll manage NetSuite data entry, expense reviews, and monthly close activities, delivering error-free reports that leadership can trust while supporting audits and intercompany billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in a high-volume accounting role.
• Strong grasp of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Sharp analytical skills and a genuine love of precision.
• Excel skills required; NetSuite experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter transactions and reconcile accounts in NetSuite.
• Review and approve expenses and per diem reimbursements.
• Prepare CSV imports for bank, credit card, and advertising transactions.
• Create Excel reports tracking subscriptions, recruiting, travel, and other costs.
• Assist with daily bank matching and journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end close, including intercompany billing.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and assist audits.

You’ll own the accuracy of the company’s financial system end to end: entering transactions, reconciling accounts, catching errors before they become problems, and helping the team close each month with confidence. What You’ll Own

• NetSuite Data Entry: Keep the financial system accurate and current with precise, efficient data entry.
• Expense Report Review: Verify reimbursements and per diem rates so every expense report is right the first time.
• File Prep and Import: Build and import CSV files for bank, credit card, and advertising transactions.
• Excel Reporting: Track spending across Subscriptions, Recruiting, Executive costs, Travel, and more.
• Daily Bank Matching: Handle return payment journal entries, test payments, and reconciliation work.
• Bill Approvals: Manage the approval workflow so every expense is authorized and accounted for.
• Weekly P&L and Balance Sheet Review: Catch and correct errors before they compound.

The Details

This is a remote role with standard business hours, with some extra hours expected during month end and fiscal year end close.
