AccruePartners seeks a senior accounting leader to own and optimize NetSuite-driven financial processes in a growth-focused environment. You will supervise month-end closes, oversee AP/AR/payroll, and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple units.

You will act as the NetSuite administrator, drive system enhancements, support acquisitions, and collaborate with executive leadership to scale processes and controls in a fast-paced, PE-backed setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with close, reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience including admin, configuration, implementation, or integration.
• Experience as NetSuite implementation consultant or accounting leader with significant NetSuite implementation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite integrations and financial workflows.

Mansioni

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and project-level financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and SME, managing configurations, workflows, reporting, user access, and enhancements.
• Identify and implement NetSuite optimization opportunities, including automation and module implementations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources to troubleshoot system issues and improve integrations.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other platforms to improve reporting visibility.
• Oversee multi-state tax compliance processes and coordination with external tax advisors.
• Lead accounting integration efforts for acquisitions and data migration.
• Develop and maintain project-level costing and profitability reporting across units.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures for accurate reporting and growth.
• Support tech and automation initiatives to reduce manual processes.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to accounting staff.

What You Will Do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Oversee core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and project-level financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and subject matter expert, managing system configurations, workflows, reporting, user access, and ongoing enhancements.
• Identify and implement NetSuite optimization opportunities, including automation, module implementations, and improvements to financial processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external technical resources to troubleshoot system issues, improve integrations, and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other operational platforms to improve reporting visibility and streamline business processes.
• Oversee multi-state tax compliance processes, including system configuration, filing requirements, and coordination with external tax advisors.
• Lead accounting integration efforts for acquisitions, including chart of accounts mapping, data migration, financial reporting alignment, and process standardization.
• Develop and maintain project-level costing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting across business units.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to support accurate reporting and continued growth.
• Support technology and automation initiatives aimed at reducing manual processes and improving financial and operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to accounting team members while managing competing operational and project priorities.

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong foundation in financial close, reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience required, including system administration, configuration, implementation, or integration.
