Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistant/Secretary experience required.
• Must have NJDOE 21st CCLC EZ Report Training.
• Knowledge of EZ Reports, Excel and Genesis platforms.

Responsibilities

• Input Burnet and Kawameeh Middle Schools 21st CCLC attendance into EZ Reports.
• Set up and manage the EZ Reports database with staff, students, volunteers, activities and field trips.
• Cross reference attendance sheets to ensure three hours per student per day.
• Enter student surveys into EZ Reports.
• Run reports for the Program Director and Site Coordinator.
• Attend NJDOE data entry training during the grant year.
