Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join a premier auto manufacturer in Troy, OH. This onsite role offers a $17.00 per hour pay and standard Monday–Friday daytime hours, with the ability to commute to Troy.

You will support the Inventory Deployment team with data entry, data manipulation, analysis, and reporting to help meet service levels and fill targets. You’ll also prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and assist analysts with data extraction and transfer requests to

Qualifications

• Strong PC, Outlook, Excel, data analysis, decision-making, organization, and attention to detail are must-haves.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, SAP Business Intelligence, and VBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Inventory Deployment department with data entry, data manipulation, analysis, and decision-making to assist in achieving National Service Level and Facing Fill targets.
• Extracting and manipulating data for compiling and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports.
• Supporting analysts by performing screen scrapes, producing part number calculation documents, and entering and communicating transfer requests to hubs and parts centers.
