Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist to support the AP team on a temporary 1099 basis in Victor, NY. You will review invoices, enter data, manage workflows, and help ensure timely processing of financial documents.

The role requires strong data entry skills, ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, and excellent organization. Onsite location in Victor, NY, with a 90-day contract and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Review PDF documents and accurately enter data into company systems, including invoice numbers, dates, due dates, and other details.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure information is entered correctly and consistently.
• Monitor designated email inboxes and review incoming documents and requests.
• Assign workflows and route items based on processes and document details.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of tasks.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate as needed.
• Meet productivity and quality standards with high accuracy.
• Support special projects and other administrative tasks.
