Automann, Inc. is seeking two bilingual Spanish data entry specialists in the Customer Service Department. The role involves processing client purchase orders into our order database in a timely and accurate manner, with occasional direct client communication to clarify faxed or emailed data.

The position offers potential growth for assertive, committed individuals, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm schedule and a pay rate of $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Automann, Inc.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish (required).
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Multitasker, independent thinker, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting work environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong prioritizing and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Transfer data from faxes and emails into our order database system.
• Handle high volume of inbound orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency standards.
• Verify customer requests.

• Research and resolve potential order issues based on customer requests.
