GrafTech International has a challenging opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist. This position supports graphite electrode customers by ensuring they receive timely and accurate information. They oversee the customer service process from order quotation to product delivery, ensuring products arrive as needed. Additionally, they assist customers in problem-solving and act as a liaison between customers and the GrafTech organization to effectively communicate customer needs.



This position will be a Corporate based position located in St. Marys, PA.



Responsibilities:



  • Input orders into the ERP system.

  • Maintains and updates information in the CRM, ensuring alignment with the ERP system.

  • Sends required shipment documentation to customers, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates.

  • Gathers and tracks Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.

  • Updates and maintains customer files.

  • Generates reports as needed, such as closing reports and compliance reports (open orders, credits, and invoices per month).

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.



Required Qualifications:



  • Associates or Bachelors Degree

  • Proven experience with ERP software, i.e. GEP.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.



Preferred Skill



  • Experience with manufacturing or supply chain processes.
